Use Cases

Case 1: Create a Zoom Meeting

  1. Typecreate a Zoom meeting in the plan name box
  2. Typecreate a Zoom meeting for me with [email protected] at 11 am Pacific time on 3/31 named pokee test meeting in the "Describe what you want to achieve" box
  3. Click "Create Plan"
  4. Click "Execute"
  5. Complete Zoom OAuth process when prompted
  6. Approve the steps in the "Executing Plan" section
  7. The meeting will be created successfully

Case 2: View Zoom Meetings

  1. Typelist Zoom meetings in the plan name box
  2. TypeList my latest Zoom meetings in the "Describe what you want to achieve" box
  3. Click "Create Plan"
  4. Click "Execute"
  5. Complete Zoom OAuth process when prompted
  6. Approve the steps in the "Executing Plan" section
  7. All meeting details will be listed

Case 3: Update Zoom Meeting

  1. Typefetch and edit a Zoom meeting in the plan name box
  2. Typefetch meeting details of zoom meeting id 885 8863 4920 and change invitee to [email protected] in the "Describe what you want to achieve" box
  3. Click "Create Plan"
  4. Click "Execute"
  5. Complete Zoom OAuth process when prompted
  6. Approve the steps in the "Executing Plan" section
  7. View the meeting details and confirm the meeting is updated with the new invitee

Case 4: Delete a Zoom Meeting

  1. Typedelete a Zoom meeting in the plan name box
  2. Typedelete Zoom meeting with id 89416520733 in the "Describe what you want to achieve" box
  3. Click "Create Plan"
  4. Click "Execute"
  5. Complete Zoom OAuth process when prompted
  6. Approve the steps in the "Executing Plan" section
  7. The meeting will be deleted

Case 5: Fetch Meeting Summary

  1. Typeget Zoom meeting summary in the plan name box
  2. Typefind Zoom meeting sumary with meeting id 8860611535 in the "Describe what you want to achieve" box
  3. Click "Create Plan"
  4. Click "Execute"
  5. Complete Zoom OAuth process when prompted
  6. Approve the steps in the "Executing Plan" section
  7. The meeting summary will be fetched and displayed

Adding the App to Zoom

  1. Log in to your Zoom account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
  2. Search for "Pokee AI" in the search bar.
  3. Click on the Pokee AI app.
  4. Click "Add" to install the app to your Zoom account.
  5. Review and approve the requested permissions.
  6. Complete the OAuth process by clicking "Authorize".

Usage

Creating Zoom Meetings

Prerequisites: You must have a Zoom account and authorize Pokee AI.

Use this feature to quickly create Zoom meetings with specified participants, time, and meeting name. The system will generate a meeting and send invitations to all participants.

Viewing Zoom Meetings

Prerequisites: You must have existing Zoom meetings in your account.

This feature displays all your scheduled Zoom meetings, including meeting IDs, participants, dates, and times for easy reference.

Updating Zoom Meetings

Prerequisites: You must have the meeting ID of the meeting you wish to update.

Use this feature to modify existing meetings, including changing participants, times, or meeting names without creating a new meeting.

Deleting Zoom Meetings

Prerequisites: You must have the meeting ID of the meeting you wish to delete.

This feature allows you to cancel scheduled meetings that are no longer needed.

Fetching Meeting Summaries

Prerequisites: The meeting must be completed and have a recording available.

Access AI-generated summaries of your past meetings to quickly review key points and action items.

Removing the App

  1. Log in to your Zoom account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
  2. Click Manage>> Added Apps or search for the "Pokee AI" app.
  3. Select the "Pokee AI" app.
  4. Click Remove.

Implications of Removal

  • You will no longer be able to create or manage Zoom meetings through Pokee AI.
  • Previously created meetings will remain in your Zoom account.
  • Meeting summaries previously generated will remain accessible in Pokee AI.

Data Handling After Removal

Pokee AI does not store any data from your Zoom account (including but not limited to meeting details, meeting recordings, and meeting summaries). We will delete the access token after you remove the app.

Troubleshooting

Adding the App

Issue: Authorization fails during installation

Solution: Clear your browser cookies and cache, then try again. Ensure you're using the correct Zoom account credentials.

Scheduling Meetings

Issue: Meeting creation fails

Solution: Verify you've correctly formatted the time and date. Ensure all email addresses are valid.

Accessing Recordings

Issue: Meeting summary not available

Solution: Recordings may take up to 24 hours to process. Ensure the meeting was recorded and has ended.

FAQ

Q: How often do I need to reauthorize Pokee AI?

A: Zoom OAuth tokens expire after 15 days. You'll be prompted to reauthorize when needed.

Q: Why didn't I receive an activation email?

A: Check your spam folder. If not found, contact support for assistance.

Q: How do I unsubscribe from email updates?

A: Click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email from Pokee AI, or update your preferences in your account settings.
